Εορτασμός 3 Ιεραρχών και Γραμμάτων

 

Feast of the Holy Three Hierarchs and the Hellenic and Christian Letters

 

Η Ιερά Αρχιεπισκοπή Θυατείρων και Μεγάλης Βρεταννίας οργανώνει, όπως κάθε χρόνο, μια επίσημη εκδήλωση, με σκοπό να τιμηθεί η Μνήμη των Αγίων Τριών Ιεραρχών, καθώς και η Εορτή των Ελληνικών και Χριστιανικών Γραμμάτων.
 
Στην πανηγυρική αυτή εκδήλωση θα προεξάρχει ο Σεβασμιώτατος Αρχιεπίσκοπος κ. Νικήτας και θα ομιλήσει ο Πανοσιολογιώτατος Ηγούμενος της Ι.Μ. Έσσεξ Αρχιμ. Πέτρος.
 
Ο εν λόγω εορτασμός είναι ανοικτός και μπορούν να τον παρακολουθήσουν ελεύθερα όσοι ενδιαφέρονται.
 
Ο Καθεδρικός Ναός Τιμίου Σταυρού και Αρχαγγέλου Μιχαήλ (Ιερ. Προϊστάμενος: Αρχιμ. Βησσαρίων Κοκλιώτης), στον οποίο θα πραγματοποιηθεί η τελετή, εξέδωσε την παρακάτω ανακοίνωση:
 
Everyone is welcome to join us for this special event at our Holy Cross and Archangel Michael Cathedral on Monday 29 January 2024.
 
The evening will start with the Great Vespers service for the Feast of the Three Holy Hierarchs and Christian Letters at 6.00 pm in our church.
 
We are honoured that this service will be lead by His Eminence Archbishop Nikitas of Thyateira and Great Britain.
 
This will be followed by a lecture on the subject of the Three Holy Hierarchs by the Very Reverend Archimandrite Peter Vryzas, Abbot of the Monastery of St John the Baptist in Essex.
 
A reception will follow in the church hall, kindly organised by the church community Auxiliary Committee.
