Διάδοχος του Βρετανικού Θρόνου Κάρολος, είχε χθες τα 70-στά γενέθλιά του. Με
σκοπό να τιμηθεί η επέτειος αυτή τα Βασιλικά Ταχυδρομεία κυκλοφόρησαν έξι
γραμματόσημα, αφιερωμένα στη ζωή και το έργο της Αυτού Υψηλότητας.

is featured on this stamp commemorating The Prince of Wales’s 70th Birthday - I
took this ahead of the RAF 100 Commemorations at Buckingham Palace this summer

Ο βασιλικός σχολιαστής Omid Scobie, ανέφερε
και αποκάλυψε στο Twitter πως, «A new portrait of Princes William and Harry with their
father is being used in a special collection of Royal Mail stamps commemorating
Prince Charles’ 70th birthday. The six-stamp issue also includes a 2004 photo
of the trio and a candid snap of Charles hugging Camilla».
