I train for about 1hr 15 mins each session

What are your goals?
My goals are to maintain my fitness levels that I’ve had throughout my football career.

Which is your favourite muscle group to train?
I don’t have a favourite muscle group, I enjoy training every single muscle group on the days that I choose to.

Can you talk through your weekly workout?
My weekly workout consists of 2 leg sessions (Μonday & Thursday) 2 chest & back sessions (Tuesday & Friday), 1 shoulders & arms session every Wednesday & Saturday & Sunday football training.

I normally listen to Hip Hop, R & B & house music when training.

Who do you look up to or admire?
In terms of Fitness role models I admire a fellow personal trainer friend of mine Jed MacDonald & also a colleague personal trainer friend of mine Tyrone Folino as both of them are very knowledgeable when it gets to fitness & both have helped me expand my knowledge in terms of training people & nutrition.

What is your best achievement?
My best achievement is doing what I love most. Helping people reach their fitness goals.

What advice would you give anybody who wants to start training?
The advice I would give to people who wish to train & reach their goals is that fitness is limitless. That is the beauty of fitness. Every time you reach a fitness goal there is always another one you can aim to achieve. It’s not always easy to reach goals. It takes hard work & dedication as well as discipline so I would tell them to be patient as well as to train hard & stay focused on their goals.
